Authenticity & Genuineness
Every item is an official Apple product, sourced from Apple-authorized distributors. It arrives in Apple's original sealed retail packaging, if the seal is broken, it's not from us.
A genuine Apple accessory never triggers the "This accessory may not be supported" warning on your iPhone or iPad. It also arrives in Apple's factory sealed retail box, an already opened seal is a sign something is wrong.
That should never happen with our products. If it does, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order details, we'll investigate and replace it if it's confirmed faulty.

Returns & Warranty
Yes. The 3-pin mercantile adapter carries a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If it stops working within 1 year for any non-physical-damage reason, WhatsApp us your order details for a free replacement.
Standard adapters come with a 10-day checking window from the date of delivery. Inspect your order during this time and report any issue on WhatsApp. The 3-pin mercantile adapter is covered separately by its 1-year warranty instead of this window.
Cables do not have a fixed checking window. Instead, before we ship we record a video of the cable being checked, and to claim a return or replacement you need to record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and the cable's condition at the time of opening. Without your unboxing video, a claim cannot be processed.
